Surgical Light Refurbishment Process

* Electrical System Check—power supply and control box are checked; all bulbs and fuses are replaced; all wires, connectors and boards are inspected; check functionality of lights; replace any nonfunctional parts with OEM replacements
* Mechanical System Check—check for fluidity of movement; brakes are inspected; all bearings are greased; check focus; replace any damaged or nonfunctional parts
* Cosmetics—all shrouds, caps and covers are sanded, primed and painted using quality materials; decals are inspected and replaced if needed; lens are cleaned and polished but replaced if cracked
* Final inspection
